The Best Days....

The best days are when amazing things happen, even whether they are simple or complex. Joy, happiness, giddiness, all intertwine.

Yesterday started with texts from Liz which lead to having breakfast with Candy and Liz. Which lead to Liz and I getting a pedicure...I got flowers on my big toes...pretty! Then I went back to Dillard's and got Callie the dress she liked for prom...she now has two!! ;D Then I went to schedule a mammogram and got an appointment right then and there so, off I went for some minimal torture....all is well. Then went to the gym, and came home showered and went out to dinner at Geo's with Manuel...yum!

Today, started off as any other, with anticipation of assisting a friends daughter, give birth to her daughter! First I was greeted by the night shift wearing wigs, some were very colorful! They had made a short video for Dr. George to cheer him up as he in in Arkansas receiving chemo treatments, it was hysterical. This was followed by a text from Leighann...with a voice in a thick southern accent asking "would you be my friend...it continues on do you like cookies, I like cookies...." simple things like this can make you leary and then all of a sudden bring you to a deep belly laugh...it was funny. The day progressed with laboring Jessica and sending another sweet patient home. Jess did superb, and her baby, Olivia June is BEAUTIFUL! This now makes Liz, a Grandma!!! ohhhhhhhh! :D Then, Manuel's iPad2 came it....yipppeeee Best days...simple and carefree :D
