A year in review...

I thought I'd get to writing about 2014 before the year ended, but… on thing or another prohibited my reaching that goal.  The year included travel to Nashville and Memphis in April.

In May we went to Washington, DC, which is a wonderful time to go to the Capitol city. We were honoured to attend a the Final Profession of Vows, for a dear friend, at the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception.  It was an amazing ceremony one that we will never forget; it was a blessing to be there.

We of course went to see many of the sights of Washington, D.C., it is always amazing to see!

In August we went on a cruise to St. Maarten, Puerto Rico, and Bahamas.

In October we went to the pumpkin festival which always fun.

I worked and completed a few quilts.  I made new Christmas stockings. I've procrastinated,  put off, and avoided doing things.  I've read a few books, not as many as I'd like, but I may have spent more time competing to win Angry Birds with "friends/family", I can be a bit, shall we say, competitive! Just a little :D …

Happy New Year!!!

It is 2015! Wow! What happened to 2014…to me it was a blur! I have no New Year's resolutions. I don't think I could make up something and then try to accomplish it and be consistent. It just seems like a lot of work to me, but may I don't want to put the time into. So, I'll just work on the things that make me happy….spend more time with family, travel, photography, and quilting, that should cover it!

May each of you have a happy, healthy, and blessed 2015; I have no doubt, it'll go by way to fast!
